Do It Wright Home Care hires reliable, dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate caregivers to assist consumers. All Direct Care Workers hired by Love and Abundance Home Care need the following requirements:
Face-to-face interview, State Background Check, Federal Background Check, Reference Check, Need to pass a PreCompetency test upon filling out an application, Need to attend Personal Care Training programs regularly as designed by Do It Wright Home Care and verification for any Certifications and health screening all before being cleared to work.
All Direct Care Workers hired have:
- Completed an application accepted by Do It Wright Home Care
- Any certified applicants have had all certifications verified
- Presented required health screenings such as a physical, 2-step PPD, or Chest X-Ray
- Pennsylvania State Background Check
- Federal Background Check (Residents who have not lived in Pennsylvania for at least 2 years)
- Verifiable Reference checks and prior work history
- Passed the Pre-Employment test
- Completed the Personal Care Training Program designed by the agency
- Continual Training provided by Do It Wright Home Care
- No Potential Employee will be hired unless they have completed these requirements first.
